摘　　要：目的：探讨推拿配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗产后腰痛的临床疗效.方法：40例产后腰痛患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用推拿配合腰背肌功能锻炼,对照组予推拿治疗,比较两组效果.结果：治疗组临床疗效、JOA量表评分及VAS评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：推拿配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗产后腰痛临床疗效显著.Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of massage and function exercise of back muscular treating postpartum lumbago. Methods： 40 cases of patients with postpartum lumbago were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with mas- sage and function exercise of back muscular, control group with massage therapy, efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results： The clini- cal efficacy, JOA score and VAS score of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effi- cacy in massage and function exercise of back muscular treating postpartum lumbago is significant.
