摘　　要：本文通过探讨软组织类推拿手法的基本要求,即“持久”、“有力”、“均匀”、“柔和”、“深透”推拿“十字诀”,阐述了推拿手法在临床运用过程中的经验及体会,并提出“有力”放在“十字诀”第一位的意义.This paper discusses the basic requirements of soft tissue massage, which is massage ＂Shizi jue＂ of ＂persistence＂, ＂powerful ＂, ＂uniform＂, ＂soft＂ and ＂deep＂, expounding the clinical application and experience of massage technique, and putting forward the significance of ＂strong＂ placed in first place in ＂Shizi jue＂.
