摘  要:工频电场检测在智能电网领域具有十分重要的应用前景,但目前国内外对MEMS电场传感器的研究一般只用于检测静电场。该文针对基于MEMS技术的电场敏感微结构输出信号特征,提出了一种检测工频电场的算法,并基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器结构和模块化设计方法,研制出新型的工频电场无线检测系统样机,实现电场敏感结构输出信号的无线采集、数字滤波和相关解调,成功实现工频电场幅值的高精度提取,验证了工频电场检测算法的准确性。常压室温测试结果表明,该系统检测工频电场分辨力优于20 V/m.Power frequency electric field detection has very important application prospect in the field of smart grid,but most of the research on MEMS electric-field sensor is used for detecting static electric field only.Aimed at the features of the output signal from the micromachined electric-field sensitive structure,this paper presented an arithmetic which can measure power-frequency electric field,and designed a wireless electrical system based on,abview.This system can acquire the output signal from the micromachined electric-field sensitive structure using a wireless way,combined with digital filters and digital lock-in amplifier,this system can demodulate the amplitude of power frequency electric field It is found that the s ensor system had a resolution of 20 V/m at atmospheric pressure when it is used to measure power-frequency electric field.
