摘 要:以光纤代替传统激光诱导荧光检测系统中复杂庞大的共聚焦检测光路,采用雪崩二极管作为荧光检测器件,通过曲柄实现了电机的匀速旋转到扫描轴的扫描运动转换,设计出用于阵列毛细管电泳芯片的激光诱导荧光检测系统。嵌入式控制系统以STM32F103芯片为核心,在外围接口电路的配合下实现了高速荧光信号采集、通道识别及同PC机通信等功能,有效降低了电路设计的复杂度,提高了控制系统的性价比。系统具有体积小、灵敏度高、功耗低等优点,能够满足阵列毛细管电泳芯片检测的需要。A scanning laser induced fluorescence detection system for capillary array electrophoresis microchip was presented.The confocal optical path in conventional laser induced fluorescence detection system was substituted with optical fiber because of its bulky volumes and avalanche diode was selected as the detection apparatus for fluorescent signals.The conversion from motor' s uniform rotation to scan axis movement was achieved by crank.The functions of fluorescent signals collection,channel identification,and communication with personal computer were realized by embedded control system with the core of STM32F103 microprocessor.This system has advantages of small size,higher sensitivity,lower power consumption which could meet the detection of capillary array electrophoresis microchip.
