摘 要:漏磁(MFL)检测技术是应用最为广泛的铁磁性管道缺陷检测技术。为研究弱磁环境下漏磁检测信号的特征,在磁饱和检测模型的基础上,建立了弱磁激励检测模型,对弱磁激励下的检测精度、信号特征和分布规律进行了研究。结果表明,弱磁环境下,传感器对缺陷具有一定的检测能力,并且内外缺陷的径向检测信号在分布特征上具有明显的差别,而轴向信号分布基本一致。在缺陷宽度一定时,内外缺陷径向检测信号随深度变化规律相反;在缺陷深度一定时,内缺陷的径向检测信号随宽度变化更快一些。研究成果为漏磁检测方法的改进和内外缺陷的辨别提供科学依据。Magnetic flux leakage detection technology is the most commonly pipeline inspection method.In order to study magnetic flux leakage detection signal characteristics in weak magnetic environment,the weak magnetic detection model is established on the basis of magnetic saturation model.The internal-external defect detection of pipeline is simulated,besides the signal characteristics and detection accuracy is analyzed through the finite element analysis method in week magnetic field.The simulation results show that weak magnetic method has certain testing ability to defects,but detection accuracy is less than that of the magnetic saturation detection.The radial signal distribution of internal and external defects in weak magnetic field is obviously different,and axial signal distribution is basically the same.As the width of defect is certain,the radial detection signals of inner and outer defects change with depth instead,and as the depth of defect is certain,the radial detection signals of inner defects change with width more quickly.Research results provide a scientific basis for improvement of magnetic flax leakage testing method and identification of inside or outside.
