摘 要:以TM320为核心设计了CAN总线数据采集系统,该系统利用CAN总线的特点和性能优势,结合数据采集系统的现状,给出了数据采集系统的总体结构设计,通过CAN总线将每一个独立的数据节点连接起来,实时采集数据传送到以TM320为核心的上位机进行处理;监测节点以STC89C58RD+作为微处理器,SJAl000作为CAN总线控制器,82C250作为CAN总线收发器并通过CAN控制器MCP2510与上位机通信。该系统稳定可靠,并具有很好的扩展性,能够很好地满足多种控制系统数据采集的需要,自动化程度大大提高。This thesis based on TM320 as the core design the CAN bus data acquisition system.By using the features and advantages of CAN bus,combined with the status quo of the data acquisition system,the system design the overall structure of the data acquisition system,connecting each independent data by CAN bus,real-time collecting data to the host computer taking TM320 as the core processing;monitoring node based on STC89C58RD + as the microprocessor,SJA1000 as the CAN bus controller,82C250 as the CAN bus transceiver and controller by CAN communication between MCP2510 and host computer.The system is stable and reliable,and has a good scalability,can be very good to meet a variety of control system for data acquisition,greatly increased the degree of automation.
