摘　　要：既有线改造对提高铁路基础设施及沿线土地利用率意义重大。对日本名古屋蓝波线市郊铁路进行研究,分析了线路改造的社会经济背景,回顾了线路改造以及沿线土地再开发的历程,评价了线路改造工程实施后的效果,提出既有线改造不仅需要政府在资金、政策上的支持,更要配合城市化进程尽早规划实施。Existing railway line reconstruction is important to improve the utilization of railway infrastructure and the lands beside the railway line. The article researches on Nagoya Aonami Line, analyzes the social and economical back- grounds of Aonami Line reconstruction, reviews the process of Aonami Line reconstruction and land redevelopment, e- valuates the effect of Aonami Line reconstruction and emphasizes that existing railway line reconstruction needs not on- ly financial and policy support from government, but also cooperation with the process of urbanization.
