摘　　要：从大坝设计规范及水泥灌浆规范的要求出发,分析了岩石坝基防渗帷幕设计标准、防渗效率、帷幕厚度、质量评估等问题,认为帷幕防渗标准或灌后压水检查的合格标准适当放宽存在可行性,提出了帷幕厚度的理论意义大于工程实践意义的观点,并对帷幕灌浆质量评价准则与方法进行了归纳总结。Combined with the requirements of design codes for main dam and cement grouting, the author analyzed the design standard, anti-seepage rate, curtain thickness and quality evaluation of impervious curtain for rock dam foundation; agreed that the criterions for seepage control and water pressure test after grouting may be relaxed to certain extent; pointed out that curtain thickness has more theoretical sense than practical engineering meaning; summarized the rules and method for curtain grouting quality evaluation.
