摘 要:设计实现一套含缺陷高聚物材料在加载过程中多场耦合的集成试验系统,能在试验时对位移、拉伸力、温度、磁场等进行多场同步测量;介绍了系统结构、硬件设计、软件设计方案与原理,对其中的关键技术进行了详细说明;对聚合物PVC板材在恒定拉伸速率下的位移、拉伸力、温度场及磁场等有效数据进行了同步采集,并在数据查看界面展示了试验结果,高聚物材料匀速拉伸时,裂口处温度会急剧升高,裂口附近磁感应强度会发生一定的变化。An integrated experimental system for multi--field coupling detection is presented, which is applied for displacement, tension load, temperature and magnetic field measuring in loading test process of prefabricated defects polymer materials. The structure of system, scheme and principle about its hardware and software design are emphatically introduced, especially for the key technologies used. The sys- tem is effective for synchronized data acquisition such as displacement, tension load, temperature and magnetic field in an experiment where a high polymer Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plate sample is undergoing constant tensile load. All test results can be visualized on the software interface of data displaying. Test results show that when the polymer material is under uniform tension, there would be an sharp increase in the temperature and certain change in the magnetic induction at the cracks.
