摘  要:针对合成仪器中模块的可互换性,设计了合成仪器系统软件架构和仪器驱动的实现方法;文章阐述了可互换性的目的和方法,IVI-C仪器驱动程序架构和基于虚拟仪器的合成仪器系统软件体系架构,并针对合成仪器中频谱仪仪器的驱动设计、结构和实现流程进行了重点描述;通过设计频谱仪可互换性验证软件,实验证明,设计的合成仪器软件架构和仪器驱动可以实现不同厂商同类模块的可互换,包括NI PXIe-5673,北京航天测控技术有限公司4 GHz频谱仪和数字化仪等模块,满足合成仪器的可互换功能,提高了装备测试系统构建的灵活性。In the light of module interchangeability of Synthetic Instrumentation, we researched on the system software architecture of Synthetic Instrumentation and realization of module drivers. It expatiats on the goal and method of interchangeability, IVI--C module driv- er programming architecture and Synthetic Instrumentation system software architecture based on Vitual Instruments as including. And it also emphases on the driver designs, architecture and realizations of spectrum instrument. We designed the spectrum software to verify in- terchangeability. The experiment shows that the software architecture of Synthetic Instrumentation and module drivers can interchange the same kind of modules from different manufacturers well, including NI PXIe--5673, 4GHz SI modules and digitizer of Beijing Aerospace Measurement Control Technology Corp. It meets the need of interchangeability, and improves design flexibility of arming test well.
