摘  要:目的探讨小儿心脏手术后颈外静脉压(EJVP)和中心静脉压(CVP)的相关性。方法选择行心脏手术的患儿16例,在术后10 h内同时测量EJVP与CVP,每小时记录EJVP和CVP数据1次。对EJVP和CVP变量间行线性相关分析和回归分析。结果 CVP和EJVP的整体平均差异为(1.48±0.98)mmHg。EJVP和CVP变量间行直线相关分析显示呈显著正相关(r=0.929,P<0.01),直线回归方程描述为CVP=EJVP×0.932+0.032。结论 EJVP获得简单、经济、创伤小,与CVP相关性良好,可作为小儿心脏手术后CVP的有效替代。Objective To discuss the correlation between external jugular venous pressure(EJVP)and central venous pressure(CVP) after pediatric cardiac surgical procedures. Methods Data of EJVP and CVP of 16 children, who underwent cardiac surgical procedures, was measured simultaneously within postoperative 10 hours, and the data of EJVP and CVP was recorded every hour. The statistical variables between EJVP data and CVP data were analyzed by linear cor- relation analysis and regression analysis. Results The total mean difference between EJVP data and CVP data was ( 1.48 ± 0.98) mmHg. The variables between EJVP and CVP were significantly correlated by means of linear correlation analysis ( r = 0. 929 , P 〈 0. 01 ), and the linear regression equation showed that CVP = EJVP x 0. 932± 0. 032. Conclu- sion EJVP can be obtained in a simple, inexpensive and less invasive way, which has significant correlation with CVP, and it is an effective alternative method to CVP after pediatric cardiac surgical procedures.
