“文化强国”视域下我国民族传统体育文化传承与开发研究——以长阳“巴山舞”为例

摘　　要："文化强国"战略为我国民族传统文化的发展提供了良好的外部环境。作为文化的重要组成部分,民族传统体育文化的传承与开发理应是"文化强国"的重要内容。巴山舞作为民族传统体育文化的一种,已成为三峡地区重要的群众体育健身和比赛项目,并逐渐推向全国,其成功的传承经验值得其他民族传统体育项目借鉴。文章阐述了巴山舞的演化与发展,并从"巴山舞"的成功推广分析了我国民族传统体育文化的传承与开发。研究认为,我国民族传统体育文化的传承与开发的措施包括尊重传统,大胆创新,与时代契合;与旅游联袂;民族性、时代性、艺术性、简单易推广性与比赛宽松性结合;重视学校在民族传统体育推广中的作用;搭建平台,促进民族传统体育的广泛交流等。本文试图从长阳"巴山舞"的成功演变与推广找出一些值得我国民族传统体育发展的借鉴与启示。＂ Cultural power＂ strategy for the development of Chinese traditional national cul- ture provides a good external environment.
