摘  要:目的 探讨关节镜探查术联合自体半腱肌解剖重建踝关节外侧韧带治疗踝关节反复扭伤的疗效.方法 2009年1月-2010年1月采用关节镜探查术联合踝关节外侧韧带重建术治疗陈旧性踝关节外侧不稳23例.结果 除1例失访外,余22例均按指定时间(术后3、6、12个月)返院复查,踝关节功能采用美国足踝外科(AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分系统进行评定,术前30-79(49.18±11.28)分,术后3个月75-100(83.82±6.42)分,术后6个月76-100(92.73±5.27)分,术后1年76-100(92.91±5.21)分,随访期间未发现踝关节不稳复发或其他并发症.结论 采用关节镜探查联合自体半腱肌解剖重建踝关节外侧韧带治疗踝关节不稳短期疗效满意.Objective To investigate the curative effects of arthroscopic probing combined with reconstruction of ankle joint lateral ligament by autoallergic semitendinosus dissection on repeated sprains of the ankle joint. Methods Between January 2009 and January 2010,23 cases of old ankle joint lateral instability were treated by arthroscopic probing combined with the reconstruction of ankle joint lateral ligament. Results Except for one case with the loss of follow-up, the other 22 ones all returned to the hospital for review according to the designated time(3,6, and 12 months after the operation). The ankle-foot function scoring system of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery(AOFAS) was used to evaluate the ankle joint function. The scores were 30-79 (49.18 ± 11.28 ) points before the operation ,75-100 (83.82 ± 6.42 )points 3 months after the operation ,76-100(92.73 ± 5.27 )points 6 months after the operation,and 76-100(92.91 ± 5.21 )points 1 year after the operation. Recurrence of ankle instability or other complications were not found during the follow-up. Conclusion The short-term curative effect is satisfactory in the treatment of ankle joint lateral instability by arthroscopic probing combined with reconstruction of ankle joint lateral ligament by autoallergic semitendinosus dissection.
