摘　　要：目的：探讨利用CTJ结肠灌注透析治疗机清洁灌肠的应用效果.方法：将2011年1月～2012年12月在我院行结肠镜检查的住院患者150例随机分为3组,即A组（清洁灌肠）、B组（口服恒康正清散）及C组（CTJ结肠灌注透析治疗）,每组50例.比较肠道清洁程度以及使用过程中患者出现不良反应的发生率.结果：C组在肠道清洁度和不良反应的发生率均明显少于其他两组（P ＜0.05）.结论：CTJ结肠灌注透析治疗机用于清洁肠道中的不良反应发生率最低,清洁效果显著,应加以推广应用.Objective：To investigate the colon perfusion dialysis machine in the application effect of cleansing enema.Metbods：150 cases of colonoscopy outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group,namely cleansing enema group （A）,oral Hengkang zhengqingsan group （B）,and line CTJ colon perfusion dialysis treatment group （C）.Adverse reactions in patients with bowel cleaning degree and the incidence rate were compared,the results were statistically analyzed.Results：In group C,the incidence of intestinal cleanliness and adverse reactions were significantly less than the other two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：CTJ colon cleansing enema perfusion dialysis machine application effect is significant,the adverse reaction was low,and it should be applied and promoted generally.
