两种手术体位在吻合器环形痔切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨折刀位和截石位在吻合器环形痔切除术（PPH）中的应用效果.方法：选择2012年6～12月收治的在手术室行PPH手术的痔疮患者100例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者摆折刀位进行手术,对照组摆截石位进行手术.比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及皮肤受压情况.结果：观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,皮肤压红发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论：折刀位是PPH手术理想的体位,可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高手术质量.Objective：To explore the effects of lithotomy position and clasp knife position in the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）.Methods：Chose 100 patients with hemorrhoids underwent PPH operation from June to December in 2012 as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group took lithotomy position and the observation group took clasp knife position.The operation duration,total amount of bleeding,redden skin after operation were compared between the two groups.Results：Patients with operation time was shorter than the control group,blood loss was less than the control group,skin flushing was lower than the control group had significant difference （all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Clasp knife position is more suitable for PPH,because it can shorten the operation duration,reduce the total amount of bleeding and improve the quality of operation.
