摘　　要：目的研究军队院校培养专业技术人才社会支持与应对方式的关系,为有针对性开展国防人才心理健康教育、心理咨询和心理疏导提供理论视角。方法随机整群抽取某军队院校为基层部队培养专业技术人才755名进行领悟性社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷进行测评研究。结果经常参加文体活动专业技术人才在家庭内支持、家庭外支持、社会支持总分均存在显著差异(F=4.365,P<0.05或0.01)。专业技术人才社会支持总分及家庭内支持与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.075,P<0.05);社会支持总分、家庭外支持与参加文体活动呈显著负相关(r=-0.111,P<0.01);家庭内支持与年龄呈显著负相关(r=-0.087,P<0.05)。积极应对方式、文体活动和年龄是影响专业技术人才社会支持的重要因素。结论经常参加文体活动专业技术人才社会支持水平较不经常参加文体活动者高;积极应对方式、经常参加文体活动和年龄对社会支持有预测作用。Objective To explore the relationship between social support and coping style of professional and technical personnel in military colleges and universities, and provide the theoretical perspective for carrying out psychological health education and psychological counseling. Methods The study involved a total of 755 men from the military academy to train professional and technical personal for grassroots units. The research which were extracted in random cluster were collected using Perceived Social Support Questionnaire （PSSQ） and Simplified Coping Style Scale （SCSS）. Results Professional and technical personnel who often took active in recreational activities had significant differences on the total score of social support, family support, family support outside （ F = 4. 365, P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. We also found that the total score of social support and family support had significantly positive correlation with positive coping style（ r = 0. 075,P 〈 0.05 ）. What~ more, the total score of social support and family support outside had significantly negative correla- tion with participated in sports activities. Positive coping style, sports activities and ages were important factors to affect the social support of the professional and technical personnel. Conclusion There are many aspects to influence the social suppart of professional and tech- nical talents in military academies. It is necessary for them to provide a wide range of social support. Moreover,let them understand that wide range of social support promotes mental health which is very important to everyone.
