摘　　要：加快推进文化体制改革,有利于进一步解放和发展文化生产力,增强我国文化软实力。在深化文化体制改革的过程中,需要注意处理好指导思想的一元化与多元化,文化事业与文化产业,社会效益与经济效益,文化体制改革与发展、稳定之间的各种关系。Accelerating the reform of the cultural system is conducive to further liberate and develop cultural productivity and to enhance China＇ s soft power. In the process of deepening the reform of the cultural system, it is very important to handle well some major relationships, namely, unification and diversification, cultural under- taking and cultural industry, social benefits and economic benefits, and reform of the cultural system and devel- opment and stability.
