摘　　要：目的研究妊娠期间性激素与瘦素水平之间的关系。　方法在 180例不同孕周的妇女中 ,按孕周分为 <2 0周组 ,2 0～ 2 3周组 ,2 4～ 2 7周组 ,≥ 2 8周组 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定其外周血血清雌二醇 (E2 )和催乳素(PRL) ,放射免疫法测定血清瘦素水平 ,分析这些激素之间的相互关系。　结果E2 和PRL均随妊娠进展而逐步升高 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,组间均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。各组瘦素水平均高于非妊娠组 ,但组间差异无显著性。瘦素水平与孕妇的体重及体重指数显著相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与PRL也呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与E2 无明显相关。　结论PRL水平与妊娠期瘦素水平升高有一定关系。Objective To study the relationship between serum leptin and sex hormones levels during pregnancy. Methods 180 pregnant women were divided into 4 groups according to their gestational age(<20 weeks group, 20 ～ 23 weeks group, 24 ～ 27 weeks group, ≥28 weeks group) and their serum estradiol (E 2) and prolactin (PRL) concentrations were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)kit, and the serum leptin levels were measured with radioimmunoassay (RIA) kit. The relationship among the hormones was evaluated. Results E 2 and PRL increased as pregnancy progressed (P< 0.0001 ), and significant differences were found between the groups (P<0.05). The serum leptin levels of all gestational groups were higher than non-pregnant women, but there was no difference between any two gestational groups. The leptin levels were significantly correla ted with the pregnant women's weight and body mass index (BMI) (P<0.01), and were positively correlated with PRL (P<0.05), but no correlation was found between leptin and E 2. Conclusion During pregnancy, the women's serum leptin levels increase with the increase of their weight, BMI and PRL indicating that PRL may play a role in the elevation of leptin during pregnancy and the mechanism remains to be further explored.
