摘  要:目的:探究互花米草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以提取物中总黄酮含量为指标,从溶剂浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数5个方面,对互花米草总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,并用响应曲面法对其进行优化。结果:黄酮最佳提取条件是温度为77℃,料液比为16∶1,提取次数2次,乙醇浓度为85%,理论得到最大提取率为4.02 mg/g,实际提取率为3.9 mg/g。结论:响应曲面法对互花米草总黄酮提取条件的优化是可行的,总黄酮提取率达3.9 mg/g。Objective: To explore the best extraction process of total flavonoids in exploration of Spartina altemiflora. Methods: The content of total flavones was taken as the target. The optimal parameter was obtained by response surface design. The factors including solvent concentration, the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times were studied. Results: The best extraction condition was to water as 16:1, extraction temperature at 77 %, extracted as follows; 85% of solvent concentration, the ratio of material two times. Under these conditions, 4.02 mg/g yield of total flavonoids was obtained in theory, but the actual is 3.9 mg/g. Conclusion: Optimization of total flavonoids extraction from Spartina alterniflora Ioisel using response surface methodology that is feasible. The extraction rate is up to 3.9 mg/g.
