摘　　要：介绍近年来动物实验中针灸治疗高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的具体治疗方法,包括毫针刺法、艾灸法、穴位注射、穴位埋线等。并从实验模型动物选择、动物模型的制备方法、动物实验的检测指标上详细分析了存在的不足,选择并拟制出降脂效果好的最佳组合方案。动物实验中应增加中医理论的指导,制造敏感性较高的动物模型,并制定相应的统一标准;方法上,应该积极引入分子生物学等现代科学手段,并通过大量的动物实验来探讨针灸降血脂、抗AS的可能机理将是今后值得深入研究的重要课题。This paper presents the specific method of treatment on hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis with acupuncture and moxibustion in animal experiment in recent years, including acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint injection, acupoint catgut embedding therapy etc. A detailed analysis of the problems was made on the aspects of choice of the experimental animal model, molding method and index, to draw a best combination scheme of lipid-lowering. There should be more guidance of TCM in animal experiments, with animal model of manufacturing high sensitivity and uniform standards for the eorresponding. Molecular biology and other modem scientific means should be actively applied for the methods; it will be an important topic for further studies to explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture in reducing blood lipid and anti AS, through the animal experiments.
