摘  要:目的研究房颤波(f)振幅、频率与左房内径、房颤持续时间、血清脑钠肽(BNP)及D二聚体(DD)的相关性。方法 71例房颤分为阵发性和慢性房颤组、快和慢频率房颤组、单纯性房颤组和房颤合并心衰组。f波振幅、频率的测量采用食道心电图法。结果快频率组左房内径、DD明显大于慢频率组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。慢性房颤f波频率明显大于阵发性房颤f波频率(P<0.01)。房颤合并心衰血清BNP浓度较单纯房颤高(P<0.05)。结论房颤患者f波频率的快慢在间接预测血栓的形成过程起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between fibrillation wave amplitude, frequency and left atrium diameter (LAD),serum brain natriuretie peptide (BNP), atrial fibrillation duration, plasma D-dimer (DD). Methods A total of 71 patients were respectively divided into several groups. F-wave amplitude and frequency were measured by transesophagea electrocardiography. Results LAD and DD were significantly increased in fast frequency groups than in slow frequency groups (P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Compared with PAF, f-wave frequency in patients with CAF was significantly upregulated (P 〈0.01). Serum levels of BNP were evidently increased in AF with HF than in simple AF (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The increase of frequency may play an important role in the decomposion of fibrin and thrombosis in AF.
