摘　　要：目的 探讨巨和粒联合强的松治疗儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的疗效.方法选择我院确诊为ITP 患儿62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例.对照组：氨肽素0.2～0.8 g,口服,3次/d;观察组：巨和粒50 μg/kg,每日1次,皮下注射;强的松片1 mg/（kg·d）.14 d后评价疗效.结果观察组有效率93.5%;对照组有效率70.97%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=13.76,P ＜ 0.01）;血小板计数比较,治疗第7天,观察组（80.12±21.49）×10^9/L,对照组（69.86±14.57）×10^9/L,差异有统计学意义（t=2.20,P ＜ 0.05）;治疗第14天,观察组（132.62±43.84）×10^9/L,对照组（94.49±31.38）×10^9/L,差异有统计学意义（t=3.94,P ＜ 0.01）.结论巨和粒联合强的松治疗儿童ITP疗效确切,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interleukin-11 for injection combined with prednisone in treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods The 62 cases with the ITP diagnosis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each. The patients in the control group were taken 0.2-0.8 g ampeptide elemente orally, 3 times each day; the patients in the observation group were given 50 ug/kg recombinant human interleukin-11 for subcutaneous injection, once daily, and 1 mg/（kg.d） prednisone. The curative effects were evaluated after 14 days. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.5%, 70.97% respectively, the difference was significant （X2=13.76, P 〈 0.01）; The platelet count at the seventh day of the treatment in the observation group and the control group were （80.12±21.49）×10^9/L, （69.86±14.57）×10^9/L respectively, the difference was significant （t=2.20, P 〈 0.05）; The platelet count at the fourteenth day of the treatment in the observation group and the control group were （132.62±43.84）×10^9/L, （94.49±31.38）×10^9/L respectively, the difference was significant （t=3.94, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 for Injection combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura has exact curative effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
