综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者实施综合护理后的临床效果.方法 本研究回顾性分析2012年5月～2013年7月来我院就诊的143例妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床资料,对照组共65例为2012年5～12月就诊的病例,实施基础护理;观察组78例为2013年1～7月院就诊的病例,在基础护理的基础上实施综合护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果与对照组比较,观察组患者产后24～48 h血压≤140/90 mmHg的患者比例明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组患者护理后SAS评分及SDS评分与护理前比较均出现明显降低,观察组降低的幅度更大（P＜0.05）.观察组与对照组比较,先兆子痫发生率、子痫发生率、急性左心衰竭及产后出血发生率均明显较低,生活质量所有维度的得分较高（P＜0.05）.结论 妊娠高血压综合征患者实施综合护理后能够使并发症发生率显著降低,预后及生活质量得到显著的改善.Objective To investigate the effect of patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome after comprehensive nursing. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 143 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in this study, all of them were selected from May 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital, control group included 65 cases who were selected from May to January, they were given implement basic nursing; observation group included 78 cases who were selected from January to July 2013, they were given comprehensive care on the basis of the basic nursing. The effect of two groups were observed. Results The proportion of patients in observation group 24 to 48 h postpartum blood pressure ≤140/90 mmHg, were significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. SAS scores and SDS scores of two group after nursing were significantly lower than before treatment, the observation group reduced the magnitude larger than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of preeelampsia, eclampsia, acute left heart failure incidence and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of observation group were significantly lower than control group, quality of life score in all dimensions were higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome after comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce incidence of complications, the prognosis and quality of life are improved significantly.
