摘　　要：社会转型以来,在工业化、城市化进程的推进下,"村改居"工程普遍实施,"村改居"社区数量激增。与此同时,经历突然制度变动和身份转换的农民出现一系列不适反应,"村改居"社区自身的治理与发展也陷入困境。究其根源,是社会急速转型过程中由文化堕距衍生出的价值规范断裂和传统与现代冲突所致。基于此,打破传统熟人社会中维系人际关系的血缘纽带,重构现代社区文化建设要求的"契约式"融合,通过完善社区服务和健全社区保障创新社区文化建设手段来推进社区文化顺利转型应不失为"村改居"这种过渡型社区文化重建的现实路径。To strictly define synonym proverb or homoionym proverb is a key step on the proverb research. It has both theoretical and practical significance. Though there are some differences between proverbs, such as？different first words, words order, sentence structure and age difference, they have the same etymology and their literal meaning or deep meaning is basically the same. They belong to synonym proverbs. However, some other proverbs have only different individual core morpheme or slightly different materials. The sentences are expanded, or the documentary evidence meaning has different emphasis. But their original meaning,figurative meaning and extended meaning have subtle shifts. They should be regarded as homoionym proverbs.
