摘　　要：目的 探讨不同植入物内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的效果情况.方法回顾性分析2011年2月～2013年1月60例股骨干骨折后骨不连患者,分别采用带锁髓内钉、动力加压钢板和外固定架固定,比较三种治疗后的效果情况.结果三组比较中,切口长度以外固定架最短,其他两组相差无异,术中输血量和引流量以动力加压钢板最多,手术时间以外固定架固定最短;术后的近远期效果以带锁髓内钉固定最明显,动力加压钢板固定居中,外固定架固定最差.带锁髓内钉固定和其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折后骨不连的临床效果显著.Objective To observe the effect of internal fixation of different implants treating nonunion of limb trauma fracture. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with nonunion of limb trauma fracture treated in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2013 was analyzed retrospectively. The patients were treated with interlocking nails, dynamic compression plate and external fixation in fixed frame. The clinical effect was compared. Results For three groups, the incision length of external fixation was the shortest, and there was no difference between the other two groups. The transfusion volume in operation and drainage volume of dynamic compression plate was the most, and the operation time of external fixation was the shortest. The short-term and long-term effect after operation of interlocking nails was the most evident, and that of dynamic compression plate was mediate, and that of external fixation was the worst. There was evident difference between interlocking nails fixation and the other two groups（P 〈 0.05）, which had statistical significance. Conclusion Interlocking nails treating nonunion of limb trauma fracture has evident clinical effect.
