摘　　要：目的探讨早期进食和活动干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者术后胃肠蠕动功能及护理满意度的影响。方法 68例LC患者随机分为常规护理组和改良护理组。前者予以传统常规护理,后者加用早期进食和活动干预。结果改良护理组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间和肛门排便时间及术后腹胀发生率明显少于常规护理组,术后住院时间明显短于常规护理组,患者知识宣教、医疗环境、服务态度、护理操作及治疗效果等护理满意度明显优于常规护理组。结论早期进食和活动干预可改善LC患者术后胃肠蠕动功能紊乱,促进胃肠功能恢复,缩短术后住院时间,提高治疗和护理的满意度。Objective To discuss the influence of early feeding and activity intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis function and nursing satisfaction of patients operated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods All 68 cases of patients would be treated by LC treatment were divided into improved nursing group and routine nursing group at random. The patients in routine nursing group were given traditional routine nursing, while the patients in improved nursing group were additionally given early feeding and activity intervention. Results The recovery times of intestinal sound, passage of gas and cacation by anus, and occurrence rate of postoperative abdominal distention of patients in improved nursing group were much shorter or lower than those in routine nursing group, and the postoperative length of stay of patients in improved nursing group was much shorter than that in routine nursing group. The nursing satisfaction of knowledge teaching, medical condition, service attitude, nursing operation and treatment effect was much better than that in routine nursing group. Conclusion The early feeding and activity intervention can effectively improve the disorder of postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis function, expedite the quick recovery of stomach and intestine function, shorten the postoperative length of stay and enhance the treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients.
