摘 要:目的研究糖尿病教育中患者血糖控制情况与认知、态度、技能、习惯改变的关系。方法采用自愿的原则在我院选择符合标准的2型糖尿病患者66例,随机分为家属参与组和非家属参与组,分别对两组进行相同的糖尿病教育、饮食行为实验及团体治疗,并对两组糖尿病患者管理前后各项指标及参与态度、认知能力、技能、饮食习惯进行对比分析,研究参与态度、认知能力、技能、习惯改变等对血糖控制的影响。结果实验组糖化血红蛋白达标患者的高知识得分率优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);体重达标患者、血压达标患者、血糖达标患者、血红蛋白达标患者的高态度得分率优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);体重达标患者、血糖达标患者、血脂达标患者的饮食习惯改变优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖达标患者、血脂达标患者的饮食技能改变优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病教育中认知、态度、技能、习惯改变与血糖控制有相关关系,家属参与效果更好。Objective To study the correlation between blood glucose control and changes of cognitive abilities, attitude, skills, eating habits changes during diabetes education. Methods A total of 66 patients with type 2 diabetes which conformed to the diagnosis standard from our hospital based on the principle of voluntary were chosen. They were divided into the family participation group and the non-family participation group randomly, which were subjected to the same diabetic education, diet behavior experiment and group therapy. The objective indexes, participation attitude, cognitive abilities, skills, eating habits of the two groups were compared and the influence of blood glucose control by that were analyzed before and after management. Results High knowledge score rate of patients with good glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). High attitude score rate of patients with good weight, good blood pressure, good blood glucose, good glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Eating habits changes rate of patients with good weight, good blood glucose, good blood lipid in the experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Diet skills changes rate of patients with good blood glucose, good blood lipid in the experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between blood glucose control and changes of cognitive abilities, attitude, skills, eating habits during diabetes education. The effect is much better with families participation.
