摘  要:针对苏州大学材料专业的特点及现有的实验条件,对材料专业实验中熔体纺丝的实验教学进行了改进,将以往熔体纺丝作为演示性和验证性的实验改为大型的综合性、实践性质的实验。结果表明,通过亲自动手设计实验和操作实验设备,学生对熔体纺丝实验有了更深刻的理解,更好地掌握专业知识,同时也有利于教师和学生的教学与科研互动。The experiment teaching of melt-spinning course for materials specialty was improved considering the characteristics of mate- rial specialty and the existing melt-spinning equipment of Sooehow University. All melt-spinning process were demonstrated by teachers in previous experiment teaching process, practical meh-spinning experiment were explored through requiring students to design experi- ments and operate instruments in person, which is different from previous experimental teaching. The result showed that the exploitation and improvement of melt-spinning experiment teaching is more beneficial for students to grasp the profession knowledge and to strength- en the connection between teaching and research.
