摘　　要：目的　观察尺骨延长术结合环状韧带重建术治疗儿童期先天性桡骨头脱位的疗效。方法　 9例先天性桡骨头脱位中 4例采用尺骨延长术 ,使桡骨头逐步达到解剖复位 ,6个月后再行环状韧带重建术 ,2例单纯行桡骨缩短术。结果　 6例手术患儿 ,手部功能及外观均改善 ,2例尚存桡骨头半脱位。Objective To observe the efficacy of ulnar lengthening and circular ligament reconstruction to treat congenital radial head dislocation (CRHD).Methods Six out of 9 cases of CRHD underwent ulnar lengthening to get an anatomical reduction gradually , and the circular ligament was reconstructed after six months.Results Of them, the function of forearm was improved except 2 had subluxation of radial head .Conclusion The ulnar lengthening combined with circular ligament reconstruction is an effective method for the treatment of congenital radial head in children.
