四肢海绵状血管瘤的手术疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨四肢海绵状血管瘤手术治疗的疗效。对12例四肢海绵状血管瘤患者采用手术切除方法治疗,观察其疗效及复发情况。10例治疗后恢复良好,功能无影响;2例行二期手术,术后恢复较好。12例均无复发。手术切除是根治海绵状血管瘤的有效方法。To discuss the operation curative effect of limbs cavernous hemangioma. 12cases of limbs cavernous hemangioma were treated by resection. The curative effect and relapse case were observed. After treatment, 10 cases recovered well. Another 2 cases were Ireated by two- stage operation, and then recovered well too. All cases did not relapse. Surgical resection is a ef- fective strategy to radical cure limbs cavernous hemangioma .
