摘　　要：厘清大学生就业援助对象、援助目标和实施主体是构建大学生就业援助体系的前提和依据。高校大学生就业援助是社会援助体系建设的重要组成部分。大学生就业援助体系应从政府、公共服务机构、高校、企事业单位和就业援助对象自身等五个层面来构建,确保大学生就业援助工作的系统性和完整性,实现大学生充分就业。To clarify the object, target and implementation main body of university student employment aid is the premise and basis of constructing university student employment aid system. University student employment aid is an important part of the construction of the social assistance system. This system should be constructed from five aspects： the government, the public service agencies, universities, enterprises and institutions, to ensure completeness and systematicness of university student employment aid work, and realize university student full employment.
