摘　　要：目的:微创去除鱼尾纹同时提升外眦角的方法与技巧。方法:通过眉下切口去除眉下松弛皮肤,尤其是外侧段皮肤;游离出眼轮匝肌瓣、悬吊眼轮匝肌上外侧于眶上缘外1/3处的骨膜瓣上。结果:临床应用48例,鱼尾纹全部消失45例,3例明显减轻减轻。结论:眉部切口眼轮匝肌瓣上提来去除鱼尾纹。是一种操作简单、安全、有效的方法。Objective： To investigate the method and technique of minimally invasive removal of crow＇s feet and to improve the outer eanthus. Method： We removed loose skin by under eyebrow incision, especially the lateral segment skin; freed orbicularis muscle flap, suspended the upper lateral orbicularis oculi muscle on the periosteal flap at the outer 1/3 of supraorbital margin. Results： Among 48 cases of clinical application, crow＇s feet was completely removed in 45 cases and significantly reduced in 3 cases. Conclusion： Eyebrow incision and upward strain of orbicularis muscle flap are simple, safe, and effective methods to remove crow＇s feet.
