新疆尖果沙枣中生物挥发油组分的鉴定及脂肪酸含量的测定

摘　　要：以新疆尖果沙枣为试验对象,对其有效化学成分进行分析研究。结果表明,新疆尖果沙枣中共有34种不同分子量的生物挥发油和9种脂肪酸,其中挥发油中含有黄酮类、萜烯类等具有生物活性的物质,而脂肪酸中多以不饱和脂肪酸为主。Taking Xinjiang Elaeagnus angustifolia as the research object, the chemical composition of the object is analyzed. The results show that Elaeagnus angustifolia is identified to contain 34 kinds biological volatile oil and 9 kinds fatty acids. Volatile oil contains flavonoids, terpene bioactive substances and fatty acids mainly are unsaturated fatty acid.
