论修建琼州海峡隧道的可行性

摘　　要：从海南省对外交通建设的需要和琼州海峡气象、水文等情况出发 ,提出修建琼州海峡隧道的建议 ,并提出了隧道的初步设想方案。回顾和展望世界各国和我国修建水底隧道情况和规划前景 ,以我国的隧道技术水平和经济实力为依据 。Based on the requirements of traffic construction outside of Hainan Province and the meteorological and hydrologic situations of the Qiongzhou Channel,the suggestion for constructing submarine tunnel under the Qiongzhou Channel is proposed,and a preliminary thinking and scheme for constructing this tunnel has been proposed also.The situations and planning prospects of constructing underwater tunnels in home and abroad are reviewed and looking forward.According to the technical experiences for constructing tunnels in China and the actural economic strength of China,it is proved that the construction of a submarine tunnel under the Qiongzhou Channel is feasible.
