摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院新开发的OCT-ME催化汽油选择性深度加氢脱硫技术能够处理FCC汽油,生产欧V超清洁汽油,并且辛烷值损失较小.该技术特点为将FCC汽油先分馏为轻馏分和重馏分;轻馏分经无碱脱臭与FCC柴油吸收分馏后,分出塔顶脱硫轻汽油、中间馏分和塔底柴油,脱硫轻汽油可以直接去产品调合;中间馏分和重馏分在高加氢脱硫选择性ME-1催化剂作用下进行加氢脱硫,产物直接去产品调合.2012年首套OCT-ME装置在中国石油化工股份有限公司湛江东兴石油化工有限公司成功工业应用.2013年7月进行的标定结果表明,OCT-ME技术将FCC汽油硫质量分数由455~ 476 μg/g降低到9.5~9.9 μg/g,RON损失1.6~1.9单位.For production of ultra-clean gasoline with lower octane number loss, The OCT-ME process newly developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP), SINOPEC can ultra deeply remove sulfur from FCC naphtha fraction to produce Euro V ultra-clean gasoline with little octane loss. In this process, the FCC naphtha fraction is first separated into light catalytic naphtha (LCN) and heavy cata- lytic naphtha (HCN). After LCN is treated by sodium-free sweetening and fractionation with FCC diesel, the desulfurized LCN, MCN (middle catalytic naphtha) and bottom diesel are produced. The desulfurized LCN can be directly blended into the gasoline pool. The MCN and HCN are hydrodesulfurized over ME-1 catalyst with higher hydrodesulfurization selectivity. The desulfurized products directly go to product blending. The OCT-ME process for production of ultra-clean gasoline with sulfur less than 10 ppm was first applied in the commercial unit in Zhanjinag Dongxing Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , SINOPEC in 2012. The performance tests in July 2013 showed that the OCY-ME process could reduce the sulfur of FCC naphtha to 9.5 - 9.9 ppm from 455 - 476 ppm. The research octane number (RON) loss is only 1.6 - 1.9.
