摘 要:在实验室用四球机考察了碳数为18的不同羧酸及油酸单酯类化合物对加氢裂化柴油润滑性的影响.在一定条件下采用实验室油酸与丙三醇(两者摩尔比为1∶1.2)合成单油酸甘油酯后与植物油酸进行复配制得一种含多种极性官能团的低酸值柴油润滑抗磨剂A1,用四球机评价了其性能,并与国内两种市售柴油抗磨剂SH-1及HB-3进行了比较,结果表明:当抗磨剂的添加量均大于100μg/g时,A1的润滑效果要优于SH-1和HB-3;当A1加入量为100 ~300 μg/g时,可使刚球的磨斑直径从520μm降至358μm,且不改变加氢裂化柴油的闪点、凝点及冷滤点等物理性质.The impacts of different single-carboxylic acids whose carbon number is 18 and oleic acid es- ters on the lubricity of hydrocracking diesel oil were investigated by using four-ball machine. Under certain conditions, a laboratory synthesis of monoglyceride with glycerol and oleic acid was made and complexed with the vegetable oleic acid to prepare an anti-wear lubrieity additives A1 which contained more polar functional groups added in hydrocracking diesel. The diesel lubricant anti-wear performance was evaluated using a four- ball machine, and then compared with two market anti-wear diesel lubricity additives SH-1 and HB-3. The re- sults showed that, when the anti-wear lubricity additives was added at a dosage of 100 ppm or higher, the homemade anti-wear lubricity additives A1 offered better performance than the two domestic market diesel lu- bricity additives SH-1 and HB-3. When the A1 was added at a dosage of 100 - 300 ppm, the wear scar diame- ter could be reduced from 520 μm down to 360 p,m or less without impact on the flash point, pour point, cold filter plugging point and other physical properties of the hydrocracking diesel oil.
