耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法选取广东省东莞市厚街医院2010年11月至2013年3月间入院治疗的136例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,对患者的相关临床资料进行比较分析,并对患者采用不同治疗方法后的治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者实施不同治疗方法后,治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组;中耳积液时间比较,治疗组患者优于对照组患者;复发率比较,治疗组低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除术效果显著,是治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的安全可靠选择。Objective To investigate the effect of grommet insertion under ear endoscopy on children with secretory otitis media. Methods From November 2010 to January 2013,136 cases of hospitalized children with secretory otitis media in our hospital were chosen as the research object. The clinical data of patients were taken for comparative analysis. The related clinical effects of different treatment methods were compared. Results After the implementation of different treatment methods, the total efficiency rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The middle ear effusion time was shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups （ P all 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of grommet insertion under ear endoscopy combined with adenoidectomy treatment significantly is remarkable, it is a safe and reliable choice for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.
