摘　　要：目的探究吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)在环状脱垂内痔和直肠黏膜松弛中的应用价值。方法分析84例环状脱垂内痔和42例直肠黏膜松弛患者接受PPH治疗的临床资料。结果 126例患者全部治愈,手术时间缩短,疗程短,无肛门狭窄及大便失禁发生,术后随访患者满意度为99%。结论 PPH治疗环状脱垂内痔和直肠黏膜松弛具有创伤小、疗效确切、术后并发症少、患者满意度高的优点。Objective To investigate the application value of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） on circumferen- tial hemorrhoids prolapse and rectal mucosal relaxation. Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of circumferential hemorrhoids prolapse and 42 cases of rectal mucosal relaxation, who accepted procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） were analyzed. Results Tae 126 patients were all cured, the operation time was shorten, the treatment course was short, no anal stenosis or fe- cal incontinence, postoperative follow-up of patients＇ satisfaction was 99%. Conclusion PPH has the advantage of small trau- ma, good curative effect, less postoperative complications and high patients＇ satisfaction in the treatment of circumferential hem- orrhoids prolapse and rectal mucosal relaxation.
