六味能消胶囊治疗肥胖症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察六味能消胶囊治疗肥胖症的临床疗效。方法以轻身消胖丸为阳性对照药,采用随机、开放、多中心、平行对照的方法,将108例肥胖症患者随机分成二组,观察组和对照组分别为81例和27例,进行治疗和比较,疗程6周。结果治疗后,中医症候疗效组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);体重疗效组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六味能消胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖症(痰湿内盛症)安全、有效,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liuweinengxiao Capsule in curing obesity. Meth- ods A random, open, multicentre, positive drug by means of Qingshenxiaopang pill controlled paral- lelly method was designed. 108 patients were divided into two groups,81 cases for experimental group and 27 cases for control group. The course concludes 6 weeks. Results 106 patients including 80 ca- ses for experimental group and 26 cases for control group had been completed experiment. There were no statistic significance between the groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom therapeutic effect （P〉0.05）. There were no statistic significance between the groups of weight （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Liuweinengxiao Capsule for treating obesity is secure and effective. It is worth to spread continually.
