摘  要:采用标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、流变性能、力学强度、XRD、SEM等手段,研究不同掺量的三乙醇胺对水泥流变性能和水化的影响。掺0.15%TEA后,水泥10 min和30 min的塑性粘度、屈服应力均降低,增加了水泥浆体的流动性,延长了水泥的凝结时间。掺0.20%TEA对水泥具有促凝作用,促进了水泥的水化,10 min和30 min的塑性粘度、屈服应力均增大,降低了水泥浆体的流动性。随TEA掺量增加,减少了水泥标准稠度用水量,促进了水化产物AFt的生成,提高了水泥净浆强度。The effect of triethanolamine (TEA) on the rheological curve, rheological parameter and hydration of cement was researched. The standard consistency water consumption, setting time, rheological properties, mechanical strength, XRD and SEM has been investigated. The plastic viscosity and yield stress at 10 min and 30 min were reduced, when 0.15% TEA was added in cement. At the same time, it increased the mobility of cement paste, prolong the setting time of cement. While TEA increase to 0.20%, it was promoted the cement hydration, reduced the cement paste fluidity, increased 10 min and 30 min of the plastic viscosity and yield stress. With the increase of dosage of TEA, the standard consistency water consumption of cement was reduced, the AFt in hydration products formation was promoted, and the compress of cement slurry was increased. At the right amount of TEA, it can improve the fluidity of cement, control adjustable condensation and hydration of cement, and meet the requirements of engineering construction and performance.
