摘 要:采用矿冶固体废弃物取代部分水泥制备胶凝材料用于矿山充填可实现对资源的有效利用,并减少固废中重金属排放对环境造成的破坏。本文利用铅锌冶炼废渣、尾矿制备出了具有一定力学强度的充填胶凝材料,其强度指标满足矿渣硅酸盐水泥的强度要求。通过扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射分析研究了材料的水化产物种类及数量,从微观上阐述了在不同水化龄期和物料配比下,材料水化产物对强度发展的影响。综合考虑各因素后确定采用铅锌尾矿10%、冶炼渣54%、水泥熟料27%、添加剂掺量9%的配合比,可以制得较为理想的充填胶凝材料,其28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为7.03 MPa、34.07 MPa。The preparation of cementitious materials for filling, using mining solid waste to replace part of cement, can realize efficient recycle of resources and reduce environmental damage caused by emission of heavy metals in solid waste. In this paper, smelting slag and tailings from lead or zinc mines were adopted to prepare cementitious materials for mine filling, which possess certain mechanical strength. The strength indicators were proved to meet requirements of portland cement with slag. The hydration of the material including the species and quantity of the products, was analyzed by use of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction to elaborate the influence of hydration products on strength development in the case of different hydration period and ratio of the material. A satisfactory cementitious material for filling was finally obtained containing 10% tailings, 54% smelting slag, 27% cement clinker and 9% gypsum. The 28 d bending and compressive strength separately come to 7.03 MPa, 34.07 MPa.
