摘  要:应用生命周期理论,以华东地区生产的建筑卫生陶瓷为研究对象,对建筑卫生陶瓷原材料开采、原材料运输、产品生产、产品运输等4个子过程进行了清单分析,并分别计算了各阶段向环境排放的CO2量。结果表明,生命周期内建筑陶瓷的CO2排放量为9.59 kg/m2,卫生陶瓷为776.75 kg/t。其中,产品生产过程的碳排放所占比例最高,建筑陶瓷为72.8%,卫生陶瓷为70.7%,具有决定性影响。原材料开采、运输及产品运输阶段碳排放所占比例不到30%。Four stages of building and sanitary ceramics in eastern China including the mining and transport of raw materials, production and transport of products were analyzed by life cycle theory. The carbon dioxide emission in each stage was also calculated. The results show that the carbon emission of building ceramics and sanitary ceramics in life cycle scope is 9.59 kg/m: and 776.75 kg/t, respectively. This study indicates that the carbon emission in production process take the highest proportion and has the critical influence. This proportion in building ceramics and sanitary ceramics is 72.8% and 70.7%.
