摘　　要：从发展历程、晶体结构、制备及反应过程、介电性能等方面介绍了具有中等介电常数的CaTiO3-LaAlO3微波介质陶瓷的研究进展,讨论了目前该体系微波介质陶瓷存在的问题,并指出了以后的发展方向。Research progress of CaTiO3-LaAlO3 microwave dielectric ceramics with intermediate dielectric constant in the past decades such as developing course, the crystal structure, preparation, reaction sequence, and dielectric properties were reviewed. The existent problems and the future prospects are also provided.
