摘 要:研究不同功能材料替代量对水泥砂浆力学性能和电阻率的影响,根据力学和导电性能分析炭黑的最优替代量,分析了基准砂浆和最优替代量砂浆的电热效果。用不同量的炭黑替代水泥砂浆中的碳纤维,研究表明:随炭黑替代比例增加,砂浆电阻率增大,基于力学和导电性能确定炭黑的最优替代量为25%-50%;60V电压下,含碳纤维1%的水泥砂浆、25%及50%炭黑替代碳纤维的砂浆在90min的平衡温度分别为63℃、61℃和44℃;通过砂浆的电热实验最终确定炭黑替代碳纤维在砂浆中的最优替代量为25%。Researching the effect of the replacing ratio on the mechanical and conductive properties of mortar, and found the optimal value of replacing ratio of carbon black. The electric heating effect of the baseline mortar and the mortar with the optimal value of carbon fiber and carbon black were investigated. Results show that the resistivity of mortar increased with the increasing replace ratio of carbon black. Considering mechanical and conductive properties, the optimal values of replace ratio of carbon black is 25%-50%. During the 90 min, cement mortar with 1% carbon fiber, 25% and 50% carbon black replacing carbon fibre mortar balance temperature were 63℃, 61℃ and 44℃ at a voltage of 60 V. Determined the optimal values of replacing ratio of carbon black was 25% through the electric heating experiment of mortar.
