摘  要:目的探讨大鼠体质量对1型糖尿病造模成功率的影响。方法选取7-9周龄SD大鼠35只,体质量180~270g,根据体质量分为三组:A组(n=11)180-210g,B组(n=12)〉210-240g,C组(n=12)〉240-270g。适应性喂养1周后,所有大鼠均腹腔注射6%链脲佐菌素60mg/kg,72h后测定空腹血糖并观察大鼠存活情况。结果A组和B组大鼠造模成功率明显高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论体质量180-240g大鼠1型糖尿病成模率较高。随着体质量的增加。成模率会降低,死亡率增大。Objective To explore the influence of rat body mass on the success rate of modeling in type 1 diabetes. Methods Totally 35 SD rats with only 7-9 weeks were divided into three groups according to the body mass : group A (n= 11 ) with 180-210g, group B (n= 12) with 〉210-240 g and group C (n= 12) with 〉240-270 g. Fed adaptively for 1 week, all the rats were with intraperitoneal injection with 6% streptozotocin (STZ) 60mg/kg.The fasting blood glucose (FBG) was determined after 72 h and their survival situation was observed. Results The success rate of modeling in group A and group B was obviously higher than that in group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion The rats with type 1 diabetes from 180 g to 240 g have higher success rate of modeling. With increase of body mass, the success rate of modeling reduces, while the fatality rate increases.
