摘　　要：目的了解成都市大邑县城乡居民医疗保险在安仁镇农村地区的实施现状,为同类型农村贯彻落实该政策提供参考,并对其发展提出可行性建议。方法以深入安仁镇农户、一对一的方式对农村户籍参保者进行问卷调查及走访,主要调查参保者对该保险的了解情况及满意程度。结果参保者对该保险有一定程度的了解,大部分参保者对该保险表示满意,但对报销率、报销程序、医护人员服务态度仍有意见。结论成都市大邑县安仁镇城乡居民医疗保险的实施取得了一定成效,但仍然存在宣传及报销率不足、报销程序复杂、医护人员服务态度有待改进、参保者保障感不足等问题。Objective To investigate and analyze the implementation of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Anren town of Dayi county in Chengdu, so as to provide a reference for the policy in same type countries and propose available advice. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to the participants of rural household registration by one-to-one method after entering into Anren town, mainly on the investigation of understanding of insurance and satisfactory degree. Results Participants had certain understanding to the insurance, and most participants were satisfied with the insurance, but they still had opinion about the reimbursement ratio, reimbursement procedure and attitude of the medical workers. Conclusion Effects have been achieved somewhat in Anren town of Dayi county in Chendu ,but there are still some problems existed like insufficient propaganda and reimbursement ratio ,complex reimburse procedures ,the attitude of the medical worker,less sense of guarantee from the participants and so on.
