摘  要:针对电力系统中线路故障可能引起的连锁反应故障,提出一种基于线路脆弱性评估的连锁反应故障预防控制方法。考虑系统低电压、频率的变化以及潮流转移的严重度函数,以故障发生的可能性和严重性的乘积作为风险指标对事故链及输电线路进行风险评估,通过线路和事故链的风险指标对各输电线路进行脆弱性评估,以此来量化线路故障后对周围电网的影响以及发生连锁反应故障的风险。并基于优化潮流和原对偶内点算法建立了线路脆弱性的预防控制模型,通过对系统控制变量的优化,有效减小了线路脆弱性大小及发生连锁反应故障的风险,提高了系统运行的安全性。通过在IEEE14节点系统仿真验证了该方法的有效性。As for cascading failure caused by transmission failure in power system,this paper proposed a cascading failure preventive control method based on the assessment of transmission line vulnerability.Through considering the severity function of system low voltage,frequency change and power flow transfer,the risk assessment of failure chains and transmission lines were carried out by taking the multiplication of probability and severity as the risk index,which can assess the transmission lines vulnerability.Therefore,the influence on surrounding power grids and the risk of related cascading failure can be quantified after the line failure.And then the preventive control mode was obtained based on the optimization of power flow and primal-dual interior point method.The optimization of control variables can effectively reduce the line vulnerability and the risk of cascading failure,which can enhance the system security.The simulation results through IEEE 14-bus system can prove the validity of proposed method.
