摘 要:风电场中央监控系统是实现大型风电场现代化集中管理必不可少的有效工具,但国内风电场监控多停留在单机或单一风电场监控,且不同类型风电机组监控系统版本难以兼容,为此提出了基于统一平台的风电场中央监控系统方案,采用跨平台的开发工具实现多个风电场的统一监控。在系统总体结构设计基础上,重点给出系统主站的硬件和软件部分设计,并对主要技术难点加以分析。目前,该系统已在国内某风电企业成功运行两年多,具有标准化、开放性、安全性与可靠性等优点,解决了国内现有风电场监控系统存在的问题,今后有望在我国大型风电场得到推广。Windfarm center monitoring system is an indispensable tool for the centralized management in large windfarm,but domestic windfarm monitoring systems always stay in single turbine or single farm and different types of them are not compatible,so a scheme for windfarm center monitoring system based on a unified platform has been proposed.And the system uses cross-platform development tool to monitor several windfarms uniformly.According to the design of overall structure of the system,the paper gives the design of system's main station,which includes hardware and software components,then analyse major technical difficulties.Now the system has been run successful in a wind power company and solved the problems of domestic existing windfarm monitoring systems.It has the advantage of standardization,openness,security and reliability,and it's promising to apply to large windfarms in the near future.
