摘  要:目的调查皮肤软组织来源的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)耐消毒剂基因(qacA/B)的携带情况,分析携带qacA/B的MRSA对3种消毒剂的抗性。方法随机选取医院获得性MRSA和社区获得性MRSA各32株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测耐消毒剂基因qacA/B,对qacA/B阳性株选择最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)试验进行消毒剂抗性分析。结果皮肤软组织来源的MRSA耐消毒剂基因qacA/B的检出率为18.5%;社区获得性MRSA和医院获得性MRSA耐消毒剂基因的检出率分别为15.6%(5/32)和21.8%(7/32),两者无统计学差异(P>0.05);qacA/B阳性组的MIC较qacA/B阴性组高(P<0.05);qacA/B阳性组抗性率大于qacA/B阴性组。结论本地区MRSA中qacA/B的检出率较低,qacA/B阳性菌株对消毒剂的抗性增强,临床上应避免使用低浓度消毒剂。Objective To investigate the carrying rate of qacA/B in MRSA from skin and soft tissue, and analyze the resistance of MRSA carrying qacA/B to three disinfectants. Methods Thirty - two hospital - acquired MRSA strains and 32 community - acquired MRSA strains were randomly selected from skin and soft tissue in the hospital. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect qacA/B gene in these strains, and the MIC and MBC of three types of disinfectants were analyzed in qacA/B posi- tive MRSA strains. Results The carrying rate of qacA/B in MRSA from skin and soft tissue was 18.5%, while that was 15.6% (5/32) in community - acquired MRSA and 21.8% (7/32) in hospital - acquired MRSA, there was no statistical difference between them. Both MIC and disinfectant - resistance rates of qacA/B gene - positive group were higher than those of negative group. Conclusioa The carrying rate of qacA/B in MRSA from skin and soft tissue is lower than other area. qacA/B positive MRSA have strong resistance to disinfectants, so low concentration disinfectant should be avoided in clinic.
