摘 要:目的了解南方某城市西部、东部及南部3个水厂的水源水和末梢水有机提取物的致突变性,探讨不同原水和消毒处理工艺对末梢水中有机物致突变性的影响。方法采用彗星实验分别对3个厂的水源水、末梢水的有机提取物进行致突变性检测。结果 3个水厂的水源水和末梢水之有机提取物均呈现不同程度的致突变性,末梢水的致突变性高于水源水。结论被测水厂水源水及末梢水均存在引起致突变增强的因素,水厂处理工艺可使水的致突变性增加,但检测到的有机提取物之致突变性的生物学意义还有待进一步的实验证实。结果提示有必要关注水源和水处理单元与水致突变性因素的关联。Objective To understand the mutagenicity of organic extracts from source water and peripheral water in waterworks of west, east and south parts of some southern city, so as to discuss the effect of different source water and disinfection processes on the mutagcnicity of organics in peripheral water. Methods The Comet assay was used to detect the mutagenicity of organic extracts from the source water and peripheral water of three waterworks. Results Organic extracts from source water and pe- ripheral water of three waterworks showed different degrees of mutagenicity, and the mutagenicity of peripheral water was signifi- cantly higher than that of source water. Conclusion Mutagenic enhancement factors are found in both source water and periph- eral water of three waterworks. Water treatment technology can increase the mutagenicity of water, but the biological significance of mutagenicity of the organic extracts remained to be further confirmed. The results suggested it was necessary to concern the relationship between source water, water treatment unit and the mutagenicity factors of water.
